My journey into natural living has always included the companions by my side. For over twenty years, my beloved rescue dog Lenny taught me the value of patience, presence, and caring for animals as individuals. Gentle, wise, and deeply loved, he inspired much of my passion for exploring natural approaches to wellness and creating a home filled with comfort and care. →

Today, that journey continues with Skhi and Blueberry. Skhi is independent, a little stubborn, and knows exactly what she likes. More often than not, you'll find her resting with one of my Lavender or Clear Sniffs botanical sachets tucked nearby or tied to her crate — a small ritual she has come to expect as part of her daily routine.

Blueberry reminds me daily to slow down and appreciate life's simplest moments. Most mornings, somewhere between four and five o'clock, she gently wakes me so we can begin the day together in quiet companionship. As the first light appears over the mountains, she eagerly joins me for our barefoot walks through the yard, greeting the sunrise with curiosity and wonder. When she's not accompanying me on our morning ritual, she's usually exploring the shelves of my apothecary, inspecting herbs, bottles, and baskets as though she's conducting quality control on every creation that leaves the studio.

Together, Lenny, Skhi, and Blueberry have helped shape the heart of Travelin' Naturals. Pet-Friendly Living was created as a place to share what I've learned along the way — from pet-safe aromatherapy and natural care to thoughtful routines that support a peaceful, harmonious home for every member of the family, furry ones included.
